The first major clinical success has been celebrated with the completion of the first Triage Test Clinical Validation Study. This trial was a prospective, observational study designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the Triage Test to accurately identify symptoms and diseases with no prior knowledge of the individual patient. The results revealed the capability of the Triage Test to diagnose, in a matter of minutes, a wide categories and combinations of conditions, including febrile illness, infections, allergens and more.
The study also demonstrated the accuracy of the Triage Test with severe and complicated diseases, such as cardiovascular disease, metabolic syndrome, diabetes, chronic lifestyle-related diseases, hepatic disease, cancer, amongst others.
The Triage Test is the first of its kind to test several diseases simultaneously with the help of a single sample. The technology behind the Triage Test is based on advanced molecular biology and genomics, and is designed to quickly and accurately identify diseases.
To assess the test’s performance, the clinical trial involved over 1,000 participants at 32 different clinical locations, and compared the Triage Test to traditional laboratory testing.
